John R discussed the meeting with a representative from the Paper Mill. A lease for the Mill land (1440’ elevation and below property) is being discussed. As information is available, it will be shared with members. Dennis made a motion to set a dollar amount cap on a potential lease. ----PASSED

 

Brett discussed conversations with the snowmobile club concerning work on Manhattan Trail, Driller’s Road and other trails that are used by snowmobilers. The snowmobile clubs are willing to provide resources once trails dry up and a plan is made. A trails committee was formed consisting of Terry Robert, Jason Robert, Jamie Provost, Mark Sayer and Brett Blackmer.

 

John R made motion to donate $100 to NF fire Dept----PASSED

 

Bill Juby made motion to renew our agreement with John Dragun for club membership in exchange for webmaster services.----PASSED

 

Fundraiser dates set for future reference: Spring ATV- 1^st Saturday in June (4^th this year)

Canoe run- 1^st Saturday in Aug (13 ^th this year); Fall ATV- Saturday after Labor Day (Sept 10th this year)

Workdays- Trail work May 14 & 21 @ 9AM meet at NF fire hall.
